Just a quick update on this one, had a nightmare trying to get hold of my solicitor as she spends most of her time in court had pretty much given up hope!
Just got a letter through the post the judge extended the injunction for a year to Sept 2010 :j:j:j:j:j:j
They have also issued a copy to the local courts and asked for their assistance with issuing it to him.
I am so pleased i now finally feel like i can walk across the street without looking over my shoulder
Hopefully this is going to be the beginning of what has been a very long hard 4 years 0
