Are Virgin overcharging me?

I have had the Virgin L broadband service (nothing else)for some time and pay £25 pm.
Browsing their site I saw they are charging new customers £20 after an initial £15 for the first 3 months.
How can they justify charging 2 rates for the same service?
I emailed them and the reply basically said "try another package if your not happy", non of which answered my question " Why are you overcharging me?"

Ring up customer relations - they have the authority to set you up with a better deal. I've done it twice now - just make a note of he date your one year deal expires or you'll go back to full pricing.Payment a day challenge: £236.69
Jan Shopping Challenge: £202.09/£250
Frugal Living Challenge: £534.64/150000 -
You have to pay the rate you agreed when you started the contract. If they change the rate later on that's tough really. It sucks but that's what happens. It's like if you buy a PS3 for £300 then a few months later the price is reduced to £200.0

The pricing advertised is for new customers, yes i know its a pain as you and amny others are current customers so we should be rewarded, try giving customer services a call0
