Hi
wondering if anyone has had the same problem as me:
joined DL in summer of 2007 everything fine until march this year when my hubby lost his job. We have hobbled on paying the membership as we use it every week but things are getting extremely tight financially now so we have cancelled our direct debit and given them one months notice as written in the terms and conditions for loss of income on the contract we signed when we joined. On handing our written notice in at the club they said we had to give them three months notice as they had changed their terms and conditions. Can they do this? We can't afford to pay three more months of membership fees and don't know how to fight this if we can??
Very stressed out......
Please help
