My order was delivered on Saturday, went to my work address but luckily someone was in to accept it. Pretty happy with the vest top & earrings set, especially as they only cost me £2!0

just dont see why i havent been given my money back when it seems others seem to have got it?
I haven't been refunded for the order they cancelled either, it was only £1 but that's not the point0 -
Perhaps the people who have been refunded paid via PayPal so it was easier to reverse the transaction? I know that is what happened in my case.0

Ah least im not the only one lol, mines for £13
I did email them last night and i got a reply this morning saying the money is automatically deducted in the balance but technially its still in my account as they dont take anything out until despatched, which it wasnt, and said it would take 24hrs to go back on from when the order was cancelled? But its been 6days now0 -

Could you take them back to the shop? I had a bracelet in my order that was chipped and I'm going to see if I can change it instore. They're more likely to have the stock in store as a lot of the jewellery has sold out online.Cross Stitch Cafe Monthly Challenge Member #27

Today I had an email saying my order has been despatched (tracking code included) so it looks like it's not getting cancelled.
I'm wondering if those of you who've had orders cancelled it's down to items being out of stock rather than using two codes in one order (I used 20% code AND free delivery code)“Don't do it! Stay away from your potential. You'll mess it up, it's potential, leave it. Anyway, it's like your bank balance - you always have a lot less than you think.”

My order was cancelled on Friday for "security" reasons. I phoned the helpline straight away. The call centre girl checked all the details and said it all looked ok. I jokingly said it could be because I had used 2 codes that I found on the internet and the order was only £1 and she said that's usually fine, and shouldn't be a cause for the order to be cancelled.
Security are supposed to be phoning me today with an explanation!
