Be careful with this one. I tried to place an order by Visa debit this afternoon and it wouldn't go through. I tried a few times and then gave up as I needed to go out to do the weekly grocery shop. I filled the car with petrol at Asda and found my card refused (they tried two different tills). Fortunately I had enough cash to pay for the petrol. I then went to the cash mashine to get cash before I bought the groceries (just in case!) and my card was also rejected. I went home and phoned the bank and found that it had been blocked by them as Evans had put my details through wrongly and they had suspected fraudulant activity on the card. The card is now unblocked but I will have to go back out tomorrow to do my supermarket shop.
i've had a similar issue, thinking my card had been blocked i phoned my bank up and everything seems to be fine so all i'm thinking is that it's evans themselves that are refusing my payment. i also had an e-mail before that from evans saying my order had been cancelled as a security measure, dunno why they think that but i'm in the clear with my bank and that's all i'm bothered about.

just to let you know my card is working on there again, i have no idea what's going on with evans seems everyone is experiencing problems with them in one way or another :(

my order arrived yesterday and i was gutted at first i had ordered the hsm pen and a white heart belt total 7 pound with discount totral spent 2 pounds!!

when the package arrived i had only been sent the white belt the pen has been cancelled due to no stock.

i was already to return the belt when i saw that they had still used the 5 pound off discount but as i only had 1 item they had taken 2.50 of my order

but that ment as the belt sale price was 3 pounds i only paid 50p for the belt!! lol:rotfl:
have check bank account and only 50p taken by evans from account so it's still a bargain for me!!!!:T:T
