All my contracts have had a 6 month break clause at my request incase I decided to move to another place, a break clause is very common. I've never used it so far though.0

If you want security of tenure for 6 months say yes. If you want it for 12 months say no.
If you have been in the property a very short time it's a normal request. If you have been there for 6 months with a perfect record this is a red flag in terms of the LL's commitment to a LT let, in which case I'd rather just say no if I were you.0 -
