Had to spend a little on cc as took mother in law out for her birthday dinner.
managed to do some overtime to pay most of it

student loan is nearly all gone

would have paid off more debt last week but was my daughters 1st birthday so had to spend a little money at the weekend

managed to make her a nice swing which cost me nothing :)

Also got myself a post office cc which in 0% for 12 months

Should probal add the bank of mum and dad which i owe approx £500 plus £280 for new driveway gates

the £500 is mostly a planning application for our new house and some new windows for the garage

I am going to see a wee job tonight which will hopefully be a bit of extra cash

Also started to save a little in a tin every week for a special lady :)

    Hi AJ

Glad things are going pretty well so far and you are keeping on track. Good news about the 0% card and the swing.
Have you actually managed to cut up the CCs yet? Or are you leaving them at home at least?

(you can't post links until you have a certain number of posts (not sure how many) and a picture would count as a link).

Depending on the types of books you are selling you could also consider amazon and green metropolis.

Did you read Martins article on car insurance? and how to get the cheapest quote (red tab at the top of the page). Also don't forget to look if you can earn cashback from quidco - doesn't help your immediate cashflow but may as well earn it if its available.

have just emailed a planner with regards to the property I rent out next door.

It sits on a corner so has a large garden to the side, enquirying to see if there would be any chance of getting permission for a 2 bed house

Could get permission then sell it on

Not really sure if it is viable or at all possibile yet but asking the question :)
