If they didn't fix it then you should have gone back to them and asked/demanded that it be fixed.

Yes, I did do this and they sent it away and just sent it back again unrepaired, saying it was ok. They must have trainees doing the repairs then, as it is far from ok. The first time it was repaired it was given to someone else for two weeks and so anything could of happended to it in that time.

When you do call them they just pass you from person to person, without answering your questions.

If it was not repaired then it would still be faulty and you could have demonstrated this to them could you not?

Why did you accept it when it was faulty?
  • The first time i got it i had already complained about it being given to someone else for 2 weeks. When i picked it up it, i could not try it in the shop. They had given me someone elses laptop and i could of kept that, as it was a far higher spec, but told them of the error, so i am not trying to rip them off.

When i looked at it at home i saw it had a wonky screen, with a loose hinge and the speakers did not work fully (1 speaker works now).

The second time they picked it up from my house and dropped off again by courier with a letter saying it was fine.

It does work but with an ill fitted screen and with 1 speaker.

I since tried to complain but got nowhere, with them just saying it was checked and is fine.
