Mobile Broadband Dongle

Hi all,
I'm looking for some guidance on USB Broadband Dongles. I work in UK and roam to Ireland almost every week, so need a Dongle with the cheapest roaming costs and a decent bundle of GB.
I've found that 3 have an offer in the UK where roaming to ROI is 10p per MB, which seems to be the cheapest around, but this is unfortunately only valid until 31/01/10. I then went to look on the 3 Eire site and found that roaming to a 3 network in the UK is actually part of your allowance, and doesn't cost per MB (unless you go over).
Is there any way that a UK resident could get hold of an Irish 3 dongle? I dont have an Irish billing address or Credit Card, but it seems like too good-a-deal to pass up.
