Thanks Becks, I can't have lemon on CD, but will try drinking the water warm, to see if that feels a bit more like comfort food. :rotfl:
(I am aware of the irony of 'not being able to have lemon' on a diet, but CD will help me break the cycle I think, if I can stick with it. Only have enough stuff for a couple of weeks anyway, so will then have to get back on track with the healthy eating, or pay for more....noooooooooooo!!!

If I say to myself no way am I allowed to eat chocolate/cake/cheese then I focus on the want until I cave in. if i tell myself I can choose to have what i want then it tends to ease off because it becomes my choice not to eat it.
So right Toto, with anything if you say I dont want cake, or I dont want that new car, I dont want wine etc etc our brain doesnt hear the dont it just hears I want cake etc etc. You just need to break the cycle and re-word everything in a positive way so. I am hungry and I want something at lunch (stops snacking), I would like a new car but I want to be debt free more etc etc. It works but remembering positive affirmations all day can become a chore
Morning all btw :hello: Had a funny sleep last night and I dremt about going back to past times in my life and when I should have spoke up and didnt and I did. It was mighty starage. Then I am up and down to the loo all night thinking I was about to be sick. So alas the postman woke me up at 11am *opps*. Nothing planned at all today, I could clean the kitchen and lil bro wants more cakes... maybe later though
Have a great day all :beer:0 -
Okay.....don't laugh!!

Fat pics:
Truly revolting...

Possibly excusable as gave birth less than an hour previously:
Can't see body size on this but can see a difference in my face to previous photos:
Leeds 10k day - probably the most body-confident I have ever felt:
Photo I took to show off new dress, but definitely look slimmer (I hope...):
I never want to go back to how I was - I need to lose another stone to feel happy with how I look I think, because I'd like to look a bit slimmer and runnerly, but I still want to be curvy.
God, I do already feel more motivated looking at those. :T Wish I could go for a run now! :j"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Good job snags, now, print the pic of you on the leeds day. Write under the photo 'is anything going to taste as good as I felt here?' and stick it on your fridge.:A

I haven't got a printer.
Maybe I could put it on a memory card and get it printed at Asda next time I go.
I usually have to be in the right frame of mind to stick to a diet, but if I don't do something now, I'm going to slip back to how I was, and I really didn't enjoy holding my breath and hoping the size 16 would fit, or at my worst point a few years ago, cutting labels out so I didn't have to see a constant reminder of how fat I was.
I don't mind people seeing the '14' labels so much, and the ones that are a 12, I virtually wear inside out with an arrow pointing to the label....lol.
I don't think I would suit being smaller than a 12 - I have curves now but think I would look boyish if my boobs and bum shrank too much, because my hips are quite narrow."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
