Well done Squizz. I might go to the gym tomorrow - if I can't motivate my ar$£ into gear to run, maybe I could do a bit on the treadmill. I have to pay for it, so it will feel like a treat. :rotfl:"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

Go for it Snags! Are you still working towards the 10 mile run like me?
I'm quite lucky as we have a free gym at work - not huge but it's OK and there is a different class every day - should really make more use of it, I've not been for about a year

They've stopped you being able to charge for postage in some categories, I think it's DVDs and computer/console games, and sometime this month books too. They say that since Amazon and Play don't charge for postage then we shouldn't either. So obviously people will add the postage cost onto the start price, meaning that ebay will make more money from insertion fees and final value fees, and from paypal fees. But it really is just for the customer's benefit, not theirs....Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

Maybe play and amazon the companies don't but postage is added on the amazon marketplace which is the same as ebay.:A

Free gym sounds great - I think as an employee of the company I work for, I get free access to the gym at head office...
...in Canary Wharfe.
Still aiming for 10 miles, but haven't run for a couple of weeks. I stupidly took Mr Sunday running round the reservoir a few weeks ago, and now I feel like I can't face going there. I'll get over it though, can't have endless places I can't visit just because I went there with him! I'd have to stop going to the White Rose Centre!!!
So my aim for this week is, literally, just to run. Doesn't matter how far, or for how long, just aiming to put my trainers on, go outside, and enjoy running again.
It will have to be tomorrow evening, so I'm working on getting motivated already.

Best way to get back into it I think - I did just a mile the other morning but it was enough to make me think "yep I do still like doing this"

back from playgroup, then fed Evie (today's orange delight was carrot and sweet potato) and either Evie is getting better at eating her food or my aim is improving cos only a teeny tiny bit ended up on her bib!
I'm a bit miffed cos I wanted to take Evie swimming this afternoon but the local leisure centres only seem to have 'adult and toddler' swimming sessions between 12noon and 1.30pm - just when Evie has her nap!
In other news, the former-SIL called round on Saturday and I finally got to tell her how hurt I felt when she didn't come to either visit us in hospital or come to Evie's christening and how insulted and affronted I was that she used the excuse of 'forgetting a hair dressing appointment'. In reality she didn't want her husband to get the idea that they could ever get back together:mad:
I was almost incoherent and could hardly articulate my words but I think managed to convey that Evie's birth and christening were actually all about Evie and not her failed effing marriage to my brother in law!:mad:
It was one of those things that I really couldn't put in writing but I'm glad I got it off my chest!
