With authors it is always a gamble really. There is a good chance that JK will go out of fashion and in a decade or two be just run of the mill.
I sell a lot of collectables including memorabilia (mainly sci fi) and cults films, actors etc go in and out of fashion and a personal signed item from one actor that might have sold for £100 8 years ago is now virtually worthless.
