hi everyone I know it's late, I wonder if anyone is still up?0
-
well I was lying in bed unable to sleep so I thought I would cme on here and update. Bless OH he is sound asleep, it is so nice to have him home.
Have majorly fallen off the MSE wagon this week, have eaten millions, I have also bought millions to eat which is not budgeted for . So haven't had any no spend days.
It's not as bad as all that thought actually writing it down, I have probably spent a few pounds here and there on sweets etc, but I haven't bought anything major.
And a new thing for us, me and OH usually go out on the weekend when he's home, get a taxi in to the city, get a few drinks, go to the cinema, go for a three course meal, have some more drinks then get a taxi back, amount probably totalling about £100 in fact it was probably more:eek: (on one night!!! Disgraceful!!) But instead, and this was OH's idea ,we are going to get a bus into the city, have a wonder and a couple of drinks, go to the cinema, then go to M&S and get one of their meals for a tenner, with vouchers we have, and have a lovely candle lit meal at home. Then get the bus home, so in total saving us about £60!!!! Which seems crazy that we would have spent that much in the first place!
I haven't checked my bank account lately I suppose I should really, see how I'm doing as I have a few nights out I have to go on, wont be major spends though.
So reading that back apart from eating crap I'm not doing too badly, I've been to the gym twice this week too. Work is still crap though  But I suppose until babies come along that can't be helped can it.
Will definitely be good on both the NSD's next week and the losing weight front, promise :A.
Anyways am finally feeling tired so speak soon

Hi Missy.
Don't feel bad about loosening up on MSE once OH got home. You've got time and can easily get back on the wagon again. Your weekend sounded lovely. Its nice that, unknowingly, OH is helping out with MSE suggestions too.

thankyou for all your lovely messages. Spent quite a bit over the weekend, but it was from the joint fund which I haven't included in my budgets, and it was for stuff we needed, and it is nothi8ng compared to what we would have spent.
Really want a take away but am going to cook instead, am even going to have a go at making curry and naan bread!!!
Wish me luck!!!0
