    wooo hooo good on you slm, I'm very much looking forward to tomorrow now, well ish, apart from the fact I'm going to weigh more than I think and be terribly dissapointed but then that should shame me into getting the weight down. it's hard because I'm only short too so I carry even the tiniest bit of weight badly.

    right the shopping list from earlier in the week will have to be looked at, will have a look and check back shortly.

    aww wannabe thank you, and I will pop in and see how you are all getting on but I know what I'm like for motivation and putting my weight actually on my diary will make me hugely motivated to do something about it.

    ahhh have just realised I have done nothing all afternoon apart from sit on this site. Honestly I am doubting if i have a life at all!!!!

    Right am going off to do something productive, I'm not sure what at 9pm at night, but something......
