End of free text trigger speak easy
I was on the orange free text trigger speak easy tariff but last week had mine changed to the dolphin plan, which gave more free internet usage but raised call rates from 15p a minute to 20p. I called customer services twice about this, the first rep was very sneaky and refused to reveal the change in call rates I knew about until I directly challenged her whereas the second rep told me it was not possible on the computer system to put me back on my old tariff. Is anyone else experiencing this and what remedies do I have against Orange?

Did you just receive notification that your plan had been changed or did you ask them to change it to Dolphin?0

There's another thread on this somewhere. Orange did it to me too a couple of weeks ago. They send you a text one day saying they're going to change you over and the next day saying they've done it.0
