i agree 100%, your dress is gorgous, and you look amazing in it, but you want to be the centre of attention for the day, I think the pink one will draw attention to you, the purple one is beautiful id also happily wear it as a bridesmaid. good luck with what ever you choosePersonally I think the pink dresses would be a little too much. Remember you want all eyes on YOU!
The purple dresses are really nice. I would be more than happy wearing one of those as a bridesmaid!
Your dress is stunning, by the way. It looks really good on you!:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
No I havent done anything like that Linda I wouldnt know where to begin TBH. My bridesmaids have been absolute crap when it comes to helping!!! Felt like sacking them!
ideally looking at a dress like this for them:-

I am really into calla lillies and orchids but I think roses will look better with my dress.0 -
Now you're talking!! Still keeping the pleating to co ordinate with you, but less skirt.
Cala lilies would look perfect. Flowers don't have to match the dress at all but I get where you are coming from.
Well, don't worry about the bridesmaids. That's what we're here for!!0 -
Yeah Linda its hubby to be, it literally took me 9 months to get him int pink so I wanna stay with it, Ignore his mopatop needs a big trim lollindaatno9 wrote: »If this is the future groom in the picture, I think he looks fab in the pink.0 -
Thank you Linda, I feel totally lost with it all. My mum died 5 years ago so havent really got anyone to ask advice of so it all feels like a mindfield, spent many hours in tears. Finding it hard as well as I'm not girly at all and want to make it an extra special day.
So you would suggest going with a plain dress like the one I have showed you and calla lillies??0 -
The last one is the type of thing I been looking at for flowers. Really think you guys are helping me sort it. :-)0

It's your wedding sweetheart but in my opinion I would defo stick with the lilies if this is what you've always wanted. Again, personally I'd go with something sophisticated for the bridesmaids so what you've just chosen would work very well.
Anytime you need some help just ask. Always happy to help.
