Orange - Downgrade Tariff?

Hi all I'm hoping someone will be able to advise. I'm not very good at this phone stuff and often just accept tariff and never consider whether I'm using it. however today have just gone over past 11 months phone bills and taken an average of the monthly minutes I use....only 102 mins per month average.

Currently on Dolphin 35 18 month contract getting unlimited texts and 500 mins. Noticed on the website I should be getting 600 mins a month? No matter as have never gone over 500...in fact my highest usage was 236 mins.

Contract isn't up til June 2010 but if I go in and ask to drop to a lower tariff considering I'm not nearly using the minutes I'm paying for are they likely to agree? Tried to get the website to do a Best Plan review but it's not working. When does their website ever work?!

The cynic in me wonders if the Best Plan review isn't working as clearly I'm not on the best plan for me!!

im on the same plan and get 600 u should be getting that too?

i cant lower my tariff until 9 months in which is next month so yours should be around then aswell i shoul think
