Orange contract help please!!

Hi,

I am 13 months into an Orange contract, which I am trying to get out of.

I understand I am liable for the rest of the contract, so I have tried to downgrade the tarriff by email - but they won't help me and direct me to the call centre

They say they have no postal address - and direct me to the call centre

So I tried the call centre, but they simply will not answer the phone!

Does anyone have a suggestion - preserrably a postal address - so I can contact Orange?

    150 should get you through, lunchtimes can be a bit of a problem but other than that you shouldn't have any trouble.

    If you write you letter will end up in the correspondence mountain, could be weeks before it's looked at.

    You can downgrade by one tariff a month, but I seem to remember reading that if you want to pay up and leave the calculation is made on the figure you agreed to at the start of the contract rather than what you're paying at the time...
