  • Wow, does that mean if you sign a new pay monthly contract (12/18/24 months) you'll get 150 pounds back now?

Like with most of these things, once you calculate the price plan and length of a contract, the £150 is not a saving more a diversion.

The tariffs which Orange have are long term (18 months+, they even have 36 months ) - once you take those into account, the £150 is merely to fool people into thinking they are earning that £150 when in reality of course its just a discount (so you play what you would if you searched around).
  • Quite agree. The package I have got, 24mths, £25 pm inc internet, 600 mins + texts is OK with the £150....better than TMob offered as a Retention deal!

So its £6.25 on 24 month and £8.33 on 18 month discount, is ok but nothing you can do if quidco don't wanna give you the money. I'd try ringing them up first and see what they offer you, especially if you have a free sim on orange pay as u go.
  • Would this work if I was just upgrading my contract. I am able to get the HTC Hero for £166 with 100mins unlimited txts and 500Mb internet for £17.39 p/m, 18month contract. If I can get some cashback that would be an amazing deal as far as I can see!
  • Only on new contracts, I'm afarid.
