Express Delivery Rip Off

I won't name the supplier as their only fault is to use Amtrak; but with orders that should be next day delivery we found that Amtrak were trying the old 'we put a card through' trick and waiting for us to do the 20 mile journey to pick them up.

Fell over though when there were two people in at the time they claimed they tried once.

They even told me that despite the items being on next day, if they ran out of time they would have to wait till the following day; they couldn't get my reasoning that if they were too busy, shorten the rounds and get more drivers...

That said, last time they found us on time; so until we get another driver.... ::)
