T-mobile....great customer service by accident?

On Friday I emailed T-mobile to ask them to cancel my contract and give me a PAC, as I'd recently moved house and had awful signal in the new place (I'm on a 30 day SIM-only, so easy enough to cancel). I had to carefully place my phone in the right place and put it on loudspeaker so it wouldn't move to make a call!

I've not got a reply to that email, but I came home today and now I have full 3G signal throughout my flat! I rather suspect that would have happened anyway (mast upgrades, etc)....but it's certainly working in their favour!

I don't know whether to stay or go now!
Squirrel!
If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
