I think I saw this... there are so many similar things in the paper all the time that I think we become a bit immune to it, but I suppose when its someone you know it really brings home how awful it is.
I'm still bothered and pondering about it this morning. And sod his anonymity. He was known as doing stalwart work within the disabled community and was in a wheelchair himself. He assaulted a lady with learning difficulties..... it makes me wonder if he'd done it before but never been caught...
Despicable!
Right, enough of that. I see I have done most of the bedroom, all I have to do is wipe down the paintwork I didn't do yesterday and I get a star
But, I'll do that after I've finished NN's conservatory. We have cloud at the moment so I'd best get a move on. The reason I only did half of it yesterday was because the sun popped out and the conservatory got rather hot!I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

I'm going to have to post my own personal list underneath....there is so much to do!
Manic Monday ~ Kitchen & Dining Room
Level One
Declutter worksurfaces
Sweep and mop floors
Level Two
Wipe worksurfaces and see if you can do those small appliances on the way round
Wipe fronts of units and large appliances
Defrost and clean out the freezer
Level Three
Clean out the fridge
Wipe the hob and oven
Clean the table and replace cloth if needed
Extras- Wash windows
- Clear and wipe all sills
- Wash any blinds/curtains that are in need
- HHI
Level One
Declutter floors
Clean bath, loo, shower.. etc etc.. you get the idea..
Level Two
Mop/vacuum floors
Wipe the desk keyboard monitor etc..
Pull out the desk and clean under and behind..
15 minutes filing
Level Three
Clean doors
Empty and wash out bins
Clean radiators/fires in these rooms
Extras- Wash windows and sills
- Decant dribbles from bottles into fuller ones and bin those empties
- Wipe over sofas & chairs in these rooms
- Clean paintwork
Level One
Declutter floor and floordrobe
Strip wash and replace bedding
Level Two
Vacuum Floors
Dust and Deweb
Binbag dance
Level Three
Tidy the linen cupboard
Wipe down the paintwork
Tidy away and shoes or books that are strewn about
Extras- Find some bits to send to charity shop/recycle
- Wash windows
- Wash any curtains etc that need it
- Sort through your make up and smellies.. are there any that can be rehomed/chucked?
General tidy
Make flapjack or something like that
Library books
Charity bin
Images
Meal plan
DD3's B'day party
That's all I can think of so far, but I'm sure there will be more things to add as the day goes on. Lets hope I manage to cross some off too!0 -

Well I did my bit yesterday and am now lighter to the tune of an armful of blood! Almost didn't take it as the finger drop would not sink to start with.
