Hello all
Nothing much done here I'm afraid, friend over last night so literally no time between getting home and going to bed, and tonight I was absolutely shattered so slobbed apart from speaking to best friend on the phone. DH is home tomorrow as the man is coming to fix (hopefully!) the wm so he has instructions to S&S the kitchen (all the washing up is done) and put the dry washing away. He's also going to hoover round and mop the floors tomorrow eve when i'm out as we have a flat inspection on Thurs.
I'm heading to bed so love and hugs to all who need them, will try and keep on top of things for the rest of the week even if i don't manage to post!Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -
OMG I'm in shock. Just read the local paper and someone Rach and I worked with on the community thing has been sent to prison for 5 years for sexual assualt :eek: What makes it worse (if there can be a worse!) is because of what he was... (can't really explain further I'm afraid)
I think I need to say hello to Gordon sharpish. Rach - I'll PM you the link....
On a flying front, I have routed around the freezer and dug out steak for tea....
truly shocking! thanks for the PM. (and no he wasn't the Vicar in case anyone is wondering!)Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -

I think I saw this... there are so many similar things in the paper all the time that I think we become a bit immune to it, but I suppose when its someone you know it really brings home how awful it is.Craftyscholar wrote: »:o:o:o:o:o:o:o

Morning All :hello:
I'm slowly working my way through the front room of hell. We've had billy bookshelves off [STRIKE]freecycle[/STRIKE] freegle. So they've been piled up the front room while we figure out where what's in there is going. It's one of those house shuffle moments. So, the huge chest drawers full of stuff has been emptied, mostly sorted out, and is now in our bedroom. The broken dressing table that was bought .... sob .... sniff sniff ... 13yrs ago, to serve as a changing table/wardrobe/chest of drawers for my DD1... ... voice catches in throat .... It was broken and falling to bits. Bit I was very sentimental about it.
Anyway, the first unit is up now, and I'm sorting bits and pieces out, but it's a slow process.
Right, best crack on and get myself in the shower.
Welcome to all the newbies it's lovely to have you aboard.
Toots I loved the idea of the stones. Special squeeze you for lovely lady (((hugs)))
Piggers try a hairbrush... less pain for your hand... :rotfl: I really hope you have a better day today love. And the poorlies are less poorly!MMSSB Club Founder Member
