If you suspect that it could've been someone from Royal Mail, please report it. There's very little chance of catching someone if the suspected crimes are not reported.

T-mobile will make a full report.

Just a quick update. Phoned the police and have a crime ref number. The post office werent helpful as we have no tracking number for this parcel to see who signed for it etc. Lets see if this villian has ordred credit cards in my mothers name!!!:mad:
Does anyone know if t mobile will contact us about this?

And another thing, looking at the bill, T mobile were asking for a deposit for £250. If they were asking for a deposit, why the hell did they post a phone before getting the payment?:eek::mad:

Glad things are rolling on, good luck in sorting it out. Now they recognised it as fraud it should be easier to handle. They should have made better checks. I dont know why they would skip a credit check, as its a new customer just at an existing address.

I asked the police the same thing. He thought a under pressure sales person probably didnt pay any attention and let it go!
