Nokia E63 vs LG Cookie

I'm looking to upgrade my phone when my contract runs out shortly and am torn between the Nokia E63 and the LG Cookie. I'm with Virgin Mobile and I am quite happy to remain with them but before I sign myself over for another 18 months, I need to decide which handset is better. The contracts I am looking at are pretty much the same so it's down to which is best for everyday use!

Does anyone have any experience/reviews of these handsets that they would be willing to share to help me decide?

All help gratefully received :)

  • Wow! 2 completely different handsets. One with a full qwerty keypad & the other with no keypad at all. In my experience, having used both, I'd go for the Nokia. It's worth noting that with the LG range of handsets, any files that are sent to the handset will initially save to the phone memory regardless of whether there's a memory card in the phone or not. You then have to transfer the files to the memory card. It can make adding music files to the MP3 player quite a laborious task.
    It wasn't me.. honest..

Got the cookie myself, think you can set the primary memory storage to be either phone or external (memory card) in the settings.

The e63 would probably be more preferable than the lg (bother different phones as mentioned by PPCatty).
  • Thankyou both so much for replying :) It sounds as though the E63 is going to be the one I go for :)
