ok someone needs to help me see the light here because im fuming!
Im moving home and im not in contract anymore with BT for broadband we decided to go with another provider whos cheaper..
and because we arenot moving the service they are charging us 25.00 fee!! even though we have given ample notice etc.
this doesn't seem right

Old news, cancellation fee has been on the go for some time - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1800045&highlight=cancellation
