Vanquis not receiving statements

Hi all, sorry if I should have included this in the Vanquis thread? Has anyone had trouble not getting their statements from Vanquis? I never received my August one at all!! and the Septmember one was posted 5 days ago supposedly!!! I know that there are postal probs but this wouldn't affect August Statement. Thanks.

If so do you need paper statements?

Thats the only drawback with them(apart from the interest rate) no online access.

You would have thought with them charging up to 59.9% APR, they could invest some of those profits in a decent website for their customers. Sharks :mad:

vanquis do not have a free phone number, its only 7pence (not breaking the bank is it?), internet site has been improved for new applicants and within a month will have a payment part for existing customers. re statements...your due date is always roughly the same

Wrong on 2 counts
They do have a free phone number as I have just used it and 7p is breaking the bank. This is a moneysaving site after all.

Vanquis do have a free-phone number. I always use it.

0800 781 6314 , try it.

7 pence a minute does not sound much but it all mounts up when you regularly call to check your balance, spending several minutes on the call each time.

Can i ask how you know that within a month will have a payment part for existing customers? This is the first i have heard about it and i cannot even get that confirmed by Vanquis themselves.
