Quidco and Vodafone - non payment?

My wife took out a monthly contract via my Quidco account in February - all tracked well, no other promotion codes or anything else were used and it's nearly October, with no payment, ticket opened, usual we'll look into it.

My son did the same on his Quidco account and same thing - no payment 7 months after the initial sale.

Anyone else having cash back problems with vodafone through Quidco - (no problems with quidco on all my other transactions).

This is clearly not ideal for you.

My best advice would be to get in touch with Quidco. We don't have anyway of investigating this for you within Vodafone as it is not an arrangement made with ourselves.

I really hope you get a resolution to this.

i got a phone from vodaphone with £90 cash back in august the money is now showing as received in my account,so i'm pretty sure i will receive it at the end of the month .
also get your son to join the quidclan "name and shame merchants who unfairly decline cashback" it may get his money faster

I've been waiting almost a year now for my quidco from vodafone contract to be paid. Just rolls over month after month.

Don't hold your breath. Voda (or any of the networks) won't help you as your contract for the cashback is with Quidco not them...
