A friend has recently moved to TT for calls and line rental. Caller ID is free but he has been charged for it for the last 3 months. He has complained but nothing has been done. He is in a 12 month contract but i believe this would be grounds for cancelation if they dont get there act together soon. What do you think?

It does say that it is free on that link if you go through the options, however I was of the opinion that they did charge for it. Maybe that websites wrong?Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0 -

Free? Could someone please give me the link where I click to get this free service where I don't need to be a TalkTalk customer, agree to T&Cs or give my direct debit details.
