Well done everyone, for defending the errrrrrr. nation from the scum that is the unscrupulous clampers.
I wish I could be more help somehow but am dealing with irritating health issues instead.0 -
If the BPA is concerned about its lack of enforcement powers, why not include a term in its contract with members stating:
"If at any time you fail to comply with the code of practice, you agree to pay a [STRIKE]penalty[/STRIKE] 'failure charge' of £1000"
It would even be in a written contract, no rubbish about implied acceptance.0
