O2 have finally, after 13 years !!!!ed me off sufficiently to make me want to change providers. many phonecalls since may and they still have not sorted it out!
i get crap reception in my house, not sure if thats only o2 or if would be the same for other networks...but since i moved in here in 2006 each new phone has gotten better reception than the previous if that makes any difference.
ive always had a contract, and since its the only thing on my credit report atm i ant to keep a contract. i wont benefit form many free minutes or texts though, as cant use them in the house due to crap reception. currently on o2 simplicity at 10a month (had intended to go back to them in december and upgrade properly as they gave me a brilliant offer in may but due to being tied in to other things could not take it up and thats what has caused all this messing about).
any suggestions for who best to sign up with? cheaper the better really.
thanks

The best network is the one that gives you good coverage at home and your normal places. You need to ask your friends with mobiles who visit you just how many bars they get on reception, then choose a company that gives decent reception.
For example, I get bad reception in my house with T-mobile and Orange, but friends get good reception with O2 and Vodafone, so it is with one of the latter I am going with when i change in November.
Having seen the numerous complaints about Voda on this forum, it looks like O2. (Three just don't get anywhere at all in my book, I am afraid, and their help desk/customer services seems to be absolutely the pits).0
