Help - Comet wont Give me my Sat Nav back!!

I insisted they deal with Acer themselves, took and awful lot of talking into, but they sent it back to Acer, I could not get an update from them, so after 7 weeks of waiting and trying to get hold on someone, went into store and insisted they chase it up, and if I have not heard anything after a further 7 days, I wanted a refund or replacement AND I want to see the manager.

2 Days later I got a phone call to say they had written the Sat Nav off, and would I please come into the store.

They gave me a FULL Refund as they did not do that Sat Nav anymore, the money appeared on my credit card in 2 days!!.....RESULT!!!

PS I bought a TomTom One instead elsewhere!!
