    yes but without a red card you should be provding proof of ID and address

    lucky you dont go to ours ;)
    we used to be lax until a regular (eg comes in every day) complained they were not ID'd for collecting from their PO box :confused:
    now its ID for all

    In ours you never show ID . Saying that the in the office is normally the PM who tried to deliver it earlier (we're a small community)

    I think it's proof of address they need, not recipient's identity. I regularly pick up items for my wife and all they want to see is proof that I live at the address on the package, which my driving licence does nicely. I never have to show my wife's ID.
