My mum had to have an amnio when she was pregnant, the 2 week wait for results were horrible

Yay, that is excellent news:D

I had an amnio with ds2, so know exactly how awful the wait for the result is!


I feel out of the loop this time round as I don't need to buy anything, well except a double pushchair. Not sure whether to get another cot for baby 4 or get ds3 a bed......he will only be 15/16mths though so will have to see how he is nearer the time!
I will also just need some new bottles and dummies!

Oh yeah if it is a girl (very unlikely) then I will want some girly clothes:)

I have declined his kind offer by saying i see what he does to our joint of meat when we have a roast ????

Gym - thank you, i love the name Eliza too. I just asked her should we change it and she said no way, lol

Grayson is lovely - i think you should stick to it no matter what anyone says. I gave up on OH as he says no to every name under the sun, and he can't think of any names himself so it'll be completely my choice this time, yay!

That's exactly how I feel - when I'm not pregnant I don't really mind dragging myself in, but I'm not prepared to take chances at the moment.

Well doc was nice, but didn't really know what was wrong. She took bloods etc and is sending them off for testing. In the meantime she's signed me off until Monday. More alarmingly she also checked out the baby and reckons it's a bit small considering I'm 15+2, she says I only measure 13cm. She did add that I shouldn't worry and perhaps it'll have a growth spurt, but I need to go back for measuring next week:eek: How exactly am I meant to not worry? On a more positive note, she also had a listen for the baby's heartbeat, after warning me that there was a good chance she wouldn't be able to find it yet, but she did and all sounded good. I was soooo relieved to hear it - she may have warned me, but after telling me it was a bit small I would have really worried if she couldn't hear it.

Dear Knife company,

Im returning this knife on the basis of that is not sharp enough when bought brand new. How i know this?

Im home now, with a cheese and ham toastie, someone suggested one earlier and i've been looking forward to it all day lol.

Got some batteries for my camera Bit annoyed though as we went to co-op and convo went like this..

OH - can we have 2 packs of duracell?
Me - Energiser are on offer
OH - Duracell are cheaper and are on offer to
Me - Ok i prefer duracell anyway
Man at till gets energiser
Me - No can we have duracell please
Man at till - No they are the same price it doesn't matter
Me - *shocked and being a bit smart* Actually duracell are 10p cheaper

Me - I want duracell though
