Evening
CSH congrats & welcome to the little man, he looks lovely
PP try not to worry too much, though I'm sure those words won't help! & another date!!!
Aless I'm in love with the Elmer stickers from that site, they're gorgeous
Well we've been a bit none MSE, were gonna go out for a curry but it's raining and miserable so not gonna bother, instead popped to Sainsburys and wasted near £20 on a curry, beer and lots of random snack bits, grr. Wondering if I can discount it from the grocery pot as OH paid?
xxxBaby Boy arrived March 25th 2010 - 17 days late & 8lb 10oz :j0 -
Nikkit can you amend your list with PrincessPlaty's new EDD? Saves putting another list on.
Beenie I think your list-keeping role has been taken over lol!0 -
Yorkygirl- I've got asthma and a heart murmur and so far so good, just had one or two attacks, worst one was when someone nearly knowcked me over coming out of my office and I took a sharp breath and went from there.
Had a couple of palpitations, but other then that no problems. Seems to be more manageable now i'm pg so hopefully your's will be tooBoots: £107.xx on AC :j

Congrats csh. Really pleased he appeared of his own accord and he is gorgeous.
Hugs to everyone feeling poorly. There seems to be a lot of fluey stuff about at the moment.
Went for a Nandos earlier and now I am so stuffed and have a bit of indigestion, which is nice!:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -
Congrats CSH
PP- Hope it all works out well, must be really stressful.
GISI- I love Nandos, but since being pg have had to tone it down a bit, everything seems so much more spicy now.
Had a hard day at work today and had to dismiss someone which was awful.
I am now knackered and had a little nap whne I got home, but thinking it won't be long til I go to bed.
OH has put carppy music channels on and keeps hopping which drives me mental. He irritated me last night so much I pushed him in the face. Oh, that
sounds awful. :eek:It wasn't hard or anything but I was trying to watch something he came in to the bedroom but left the TV on in the living room so I couldn't hear what I was watching, then started talking to me and then because it was a programme he didn't like started pretend snoring in my ear. Then asked what he has done wrong and said his hairdresser had warned I was nearing 'psycho phase'!!!:mad:
I explained that I'm not psycho, he's just extremely irritating!! hehe
He has also had another flare up of man flu tongiht so is feeling sorry for himself.
I wish I could cuddle up with my dog like you all do, but he's so old and smelly he makes me feel sick if he's anywhere near my face, I swear he smells evil sometimes
Blimey that turned into a big post- sorry!Boots: £107.xx on AC :j

Aless - you are a super star goofbay is amazing and halfpint says thanks - it has got 3 sleeping bags for 4 pound something and a peter rabbit toy for 99p (excluding p&P) thanks to you:D
Does anyone have any experiences of TENS Machines? Which is the best? They seem to vary in strenght? I have searched back through the threads for the last few months and have picked up a few tips but any other experiences / reccomendations would be good. As it will be my principle method of pain relief i really dont want to get it wrong:eek::D
Feeling a bit brighter tonight which is good but i seem to be having nosebleeds now - i have never seen a flu like this. Heres hoping they can get some vaccines for any type of flu sorted for those preggy ladies that wish to have them soon0 -
Gemma I feel for you. My DH was being an almighty PITA the other night so I had a massive row with him but we are fine now!
I have to say I'm feeling a bit sorry for myself though with this damn cold. Was really expecting to wake up feeling better today but I just don't and I seem to be getting maybe a bit of a temperature. Damn. Going to have to cancel tomorrow's plans I think
I didn't even get dressed today and have been sitting with dressing gown and pjs on under a blanket on the sofa all day (apart from my 3 hour nap in bed!!)
Sorry, I'm being very pathetic! How on earth am I going to manage the drug free birth I'm hoping for when I can moan this much about a cold?!0 -
SJ- Colds are the worst for me too. They stop my brain working and make me stick to the sofa, I hope you feel better soon. I had a really nasty cold last week and still shaking off the last few symptoms, it is now making the second round in my office ATM so may well get it again.
Thanks re OH, I think he thinks it's funny rather then anoying.
The only time my true psycho comes out is when he puts The Hills on, it makes me really angry as it is just half an hour of rubbish inconsequential gibberish and I don;t get it! Hope i haven;t offended anyone saying that but if I watch more then 30 seconds I get a red mist!Boots: £107.xx on AC :j

PP - congrats on team blue.
Hope everyone else is feeling ok/better. Not had time to read and comment on everyone, but there seems to be a lot of you feeling down or ill. Hugs to you all.
Welcome to the newbies. Sorry, I can't remember everyone.0
