  • Just had an email from one of the people i bought stuff from, saying they were unhappy because the postage was more than they thought. What am i meant to do. aren't you meant to check postage costs before you put items up. Why send me an email because you are unhappy to make me sad. They didn't ask for the postage it was more of a you ripped me off kinda email.

Haven't sent a reply and wasn't going to or i may say something as B itchy as them. They didn't ask for the money probably because its against ebay rules. Going by the wording used it has already been sent so hope i get it all in good order soon.

oh i just got another email ................an apology. stress full day with toddler apparently and did not mean to word the email so bluntly lol their was me getting right peeved off too.

    Glad i didn't reply now

To be fair they should of weighed the item and then checked it out with royal mail before listing. Fools.

If it doesn't turn up soon just whack a item not recieved/(sent) dispute on them :)

I think you can do that anyway? I lurk over on the ebay board alot :p

to be honest that was there fault , just ignore them , they should of weighed it , u bid on a item with whatever postage they state, just ignore it , dont get involved in a argument not worth it , they cant leave you negative feedback as u the buyer
Dont forget that little Thanks button , only takes a sec

If you do leave them feedback, you could possibly mention the email sent and the tone of it, to warn other buyers of their attitude?
