Postage RANT

I wanted to do an order for TBP but it wouldn't give me free delivery (with a code).I did a Book People order for Christmas and the free delivery for 'UK' customers applied to Northern Ireland - although I had to get a far as checkout to be absolutely sure. They just use two different postage rates for the under £25 orders which makes it a bit confusing.
Also, it can be worth following them on Twitter has they seem to fairly regularly announce free next day delivery for orders placed that day.
I queried this with them via email and they told me there was nothing they could do as the "courier" made this charge and not them.
I bought my books elsewhere! The Daily Mail
