Wanted to find out the cheapest way to get to berlin for a weekend end of Nov - early dec.

Not sure where you are going from, but we went with ryanair from East midlands. They even fly into an airport that has public transport attached!

The cheapest way would be a ryanair special, last time we went for a team overnighter it was £10 each, however it doesnt help that we dont know where you would be flying from etc.

For instance going from stansted to berlin on the 28th Nov and coming back on the 29th is £80 all in for 2 peeps, hell sounds like a bargain to me and its my birthday weekend so may see ya there.

Easyjet fly from Luton - probably £80 to £100 total for 2.

May (or not) be a little easier to get to than EMA. And a better class of airline.

Thank for that Luton is defo our closest airport, about half hour drive. so would be great to get something from there!

Have you checked out Ryanair from Stansted, lots of availabilty, eg 28/11 to 1.12........£7.99 eachway with online checkin.

Also from East Mids. 29/11 to 1/12 £7.99 each way, online checkin.

We went to Berlin for Xmas last year and used the Holiday Inn Express offer of 2 nights for the price of 1, included buffet breakfast. Think the hotel price gets cheaper as you get closer to Xmas.

I would check out the dates of the Christmas markets and try and link your visit into those, loads of gluwein and sausages!
