There was a loophole (signing up to ACM) which granted you access to MSDNAA and thus 8 serials for Windows 7 for ~£12 though it seems this has recently been closed. It may open again though...

Anyone else having problems paying for this? It won't let me select a country from the drop down list and, so, I can't continue.

Alright guys, anyone know if a .sch.uk email would work? I'm at a sixth form but it's based in a school hence the .sch.uk suffix. Apparently any .EDU email will work but i'm not too sure.
  • You could always try and see! If it won't let you register, then you'll have your answer.

As far as I'm aware though, this offer is for students only, and technically speaking, people at school are not students. If that's correct, you'd need a .ac.uk address.

UPDATE: I made the purchase, it let me do it easily enough :).
I should be seen as a student, i'm doing my a-levels, it's just that my sixth form is based in a school hence the use of the .sch.uk suffix.

Thanks for the quick reply anyway.

Some organisations don't recognise school as being a place for students though! namely the banks! I had a lot of hassle trying to convince them otherwise, but without success!
