problems with LG and Phones 4 u
my wife has a LG on orange through P4U, about 6 mths ago it developed a fault, which was eventually replaced as a repair would have cost more,
the new phone has now developed a similar fault, and i will have to go through the process again (being without a phone for ten days)
anyway, I don't want the same phone, I knw it's only 2 handsets but for them to have both failed is not right
would i be able to demand a different phone as a replacement
Cheers

Do you have insurance or just repair under warranty.
You maybe able to get them to offer a replacement if you ask them enough, although it is unlikely in my opinion. As twice in 6 months is less thanw hat some other people on her have had. I would advise contacting your operator as well as phone4u.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0
