Any experience of Complete / Withy King for conveyancing?

Has anyone else used these solicitors for conveyancing on a property purchase? If so, what was your experience of them?
I chose them because I was in a rush 3-4 weeks ago and they were recommended by my mortgage broker (mortgage lender vetoed my first and second choice of conveyancer and seller was apparently threatening to pull out if I didn't send details of my solicitor ASAP) but I've had real doubts about their service since the start and want to know if this is just my bad luck or a systematic problem.
I can't really tell whether they've progressed my case at all since there doesn't appear to be any online tracking and my calls or emails are usually not acknowledged or answered. They lost my original search forms and cheques but didn't do anything about this until I called them 10 days later to ask how the searches were going. They also managed to enter my card information wrongly and get the payment turned down by the bank when I tried to pay for the same searches by phone. I've returned every form and piece of paper to them by signed-for, next day delivery but they still swear blind on the phone that they didn't receive various items of paperwork until days later even while I'm viewing the proof of delivery on the Royal Mail website.... There isn't actually anything which has been done correctly first time round.
Our survey was carried out and written up weeks ago (all fine), our mortgage is confirmed, our deposit is ready for transfer, the seller is a repo company who want to exchange ASAP. It's all getting quite frustrating.
Perhaps everything is being done behind the scenes and I'll get a letter in the post tomorrow actually telling me something. Or maybe not.
If other people have had positive experiences of this firm, maybe I should just ask to be transferred to a different "case manager". I can't find any reviews on the internet.
Any feedback?
Thanks!

Well, if no one has any experiences that they are prepared to post (beware posting unflattering remarks re. any solicitor...) doesn't that tell you something??>??
If they were wonderful & did what they say they do to the quality they say they do it, the average man on the Clapham omnibus would expect shed-loads of nice comments by now. Man on C O might be wrong of course...
Cheers!
