Three Mobile delivery
Hi I have received the following email regarding the delivery of my new mobile:
When I click the link to track my parcel it takes me through to the Royal Mail website and asks me to insert a 13 digit reference number that begins with two letters which I haven't been sent, I just wondered if anyone else has experienced this? and if there is some other way of tracking my parcel?

Yes, me too. EXACTLY the same situation. Bloody crap if you ask me. I was wanting to track a laptop..got the dongle, but not the lappy. Phoned em up and said wait 24 hours and then phone back if not received. Jeez..nice start for a new customer.0
