What would it achieve? You've won, you'd just end up looking like an idiot.

Plus once you'd left, the entire staff would laugh their heads off at the crazy woman who came in to gloat at the manager and then walked off.
    Squirrel!
If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.

Let them laugh... if they really think it is so funny to waste so much money.. they might be laughing on the other sides of their faces when CPW go under when they don't have any customers left.

Do you think they took his commision for selling the phone in the first place off him again?

The commission for a £50 PAYG phone (if memory serves, that was the original purchase) is probably minimal, so it wouldn't really cause him too much trouble

That's boring lol. Would have been more significant if he'd sold you a £35/month 18 month contract or something like that!
  • No you are not sad at all the thing is you won & its time to forget it & move on with your life & not dwell on these inadequate little people
Theres only two rules to remember
    1) Im always right
    2) See rule 1
  • bet you could find a really suitable card with some sort of sarcastic remark to hand over to him or the manager and just walk out. Know it might cost a quid or so but well worth the feeling of satisfaction you will get from it. The person who made the comment that you need to move on is a real softee but should understand that every customer deserves respect, good manners and full assistance in a shop..thats what staff are paid for.
