bet you could find a really suitable card with some sort of sarcastic remark to hand over to him or the manager and just walk out. Know it might cost a quid or so but well worth the feeling of satisfaction you will get from it. The person who made the comment that you need to move on is a real softee but should understand that every customer deserves respect, good manners and full assistance in a shop..thats what staff are paid for.0
