Can anyone help me with what to say?

Options
Because I am a little bit sad, I wonder if anyone can help me with what to say to the silly little Manager in teh Carphone Warehouse in York?

To cut a long story short, I bought a phone for my daughter, it broke and this snotty little manager at CPW refused to change it or refund me because they said I dropped it. He was really rude to me and just stood smirking when I asked him whether he considered it good customer services to be so rude to someone and accuse them of breaking thheir own phone. He also accused me of blackmail when I said I wouldnt go back there.

3 months later, after taking them to court (it didnt get quite as far as court) - they have refunded me, plus my costs.

I really want this silly little man to know that I have won, and that he was wrong...

Can anyone think of anything witty to say when I go in there tomorrow?

Or am I just a sad woman who should get a life? :o:D

"I've had a nice big payout from your company as a result of your actions, can you recommend another phone supplier locally?" :D
If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.

Paste on a patronising smile, go in, say "Hello, do you remember me?" then tell him that you just wanted to let him know that you were happy that things could eventually be resolved and that you hope it was a useful learning experience for him.

I'd be suprised if he was still working there..

Its definately CPW company policy to be a tw*t - they were the same on the phone as well. He has probably been promoted for being an 'extra big' tw*t :D

Go in, ask to see the manager, and thank him for refunding the money for a new phone. Then thank him again for bringing to light the rubbish customer service they offer and the chance to shop somewhere else. Then finally thank him for being such an arrogant prat!

Why not contact the local paper, they love these types of stories and you can be sure the store manager will read it and not be happy
  • oh PLEASE on your way to your CPW can you call into the COVENTRY branch and tell the VERY snotty little "manager" that I ALSO got my money back AND got to keep my faulty phone ( which miraculously fixed itself after being switched off for 3 months - honestly!)
I couldn't be bothered to drive out of my way to tell him - but you've reminded me what a LOVELY feeling it was to have a FULL REFUND on my 5 month old Nokia phone............................................after them telling me I couldn't
    oh happy days.......................
  • Heard on the radio today that the Car Phone Warehouse are currently employing the Asda chicken licker so inform Brett that he's in good company!
