 I have been paying talk talk for broadband for over a year - then they tell me its free & to ring them, so I did, in a long roundabout way I find out its not free to me as BT hasnt allowed them tne needed connections! WHAT!!!! so other new folk can get it free but because of where I live its not at all free - beware folk!!! they are all talk & no action re giving current Customers satisfaction.

I am not a great lover of TT. But in fairness to them, they do make it very clear that the free BB offer is not open to everybody. I quote from their site.

"We’re proud to be the first in the UK to offer free high-speed broadband. Currently we can provide it to 70% of the UK population, with more areas becoming available all the time."
