Moving Tiscali to Post Office/Loss of old email address

Hi there,
Within the next couple of days, we are going from Tisc to P/O.
This coincides with a trip abroad, and wonder if my old email address will disappear with the old service, or are Tisc. likely to ignore it, and let me continue to use it for a while?
I have printed my boarding pass for the outward journey,....will I have any problem with the return journey, it is too early to do it before leaving.
Perhaps with the booking reference number I can do it ?
Any help will be welcome.

The old email address may still work for a while. How long? Who knows, but it will be terminated at some point.
As a general rule of thumb, never use the email address provided to you by your ISP. I think the reason for that is obvious to you now.
Use a Hotmail/Gmail or other free email service, there's loads on the net. Or purchase your own .co.uk address to host your email - works out at less than £2 per month.0 -
Mine lasted for about three days after the switch over.:A:A:A:A:A:A0
