Freeview Trouble

I have an integrated freeview tv in my living room and have had no problems with it. My son recently bought an integrated freeview tv which is upstairs but he can only get a few freeview channels. Any ideas as to what the problem could be?

Try a factory reset on the new unit (I assume it is using the same aerial as the big tv?) , both will require a re-tune from 30th September anyhow.
  • Will do, thanks for that :o
