I sent my cashback forms recorded delivery and was supose to receive a credit in my account in Jan 2006. I didnt and to be honest only realised in Feb 2006 that the credit had not hit my account. I rang the mobs up and they said that I had not sent the correct information throught and that they had written to me to tell me this. I still till this very day have not received their letter and as i chased them in Feb 2006 it was after the month they said my claim had to be made by so they said they wouldn't give the cash back.

I understand it was my fault that i didnt send the correct documents because it was written in such a small print in the T&C that i missed it. But they should have written or rang me which they said they did but i dont think they actually did.

Can anyone help???? is there anyway i can still have that money reimbursed?
