I have moved to Virgin through the Quidco link and had the £150 cashback tracked and validated, however i havent got a clue whether Virgin contact BT to cancel Broadband and Phone on my behalf. Thing is, it states to get the cashback it has to be completed wholly online so if i phone Virgin to find out whether they have informed BT it could invalidate the cashback. If i do contact bt to cancel myself does anyone have a phone number because i cant find a number anywhere? Hope that all makes sense

The phone line you leave Virgin to cancel the BT line with, otherwise it's likely BT cancels your phone line and you'll lose the number, so then Virgin are forced to issue you a new number.
If you are moving to cable and not ADSL and you didn't need to offer VM a MAC to migrate with, then you can cancel broadband with BT.It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0 -
Was thinking of moving to a Virgin Broadband service and had a look at Quidco to see if there was any offers available, but was met with a message from the Virgin offer saying "Coming Soon". Does anyone know how long coming soon has been up there and has there been problems with Virgin paying cashback?
