Need to reduce Virgin Package in Dads name

I am not sure if this is the right place but I need to reduce the Virgin Media package at my parents house from TV with sports and Internet to just Internet. The contract is with my dad who had a stoke about 4 months ago and is not likely to return home in the foreseeable future. He was the only person to use the sports package and it is costing about £70 which I think is rather a lot. My mum wants it to be just freeview TV and Internet.


Does anyone know how I can do this.

I deal with our account which is in my husbands name and they will talk to me provided I can tell them the password.

If you know the password just pretend to be your Dad.

Usually you have to get the Bill Payer to add you to the list of people who can deal with the account as VM refuse to talk to anyone else, unless you blag them you are the Bill Payer.
